Puerto Vallarta, Mexico is one of the world's top whale watching destinations. Every year from mid-December until the end of March, over one million visitors come to Puerto Vallarta to observe the majestic humpback whales that migrate to the warm waters of Banderas Bay for their mating and calving season.
